Animal Pharma New Zealand Ltd (“APNZ”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. We handle personal information in line with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 and its information privacy principles.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message. Our website may also process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type for security, fraud prevention and aggregate analytics.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess potential study work, maintain business records, protect our website and understand aggregate website use. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without permission.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use service providers for email delivery, website hosting, Umami analytics and Google reCAPTCHA. Some providers may process information outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to select appropriate providers and protect information in accordance with New Zealand privacy requirements.
Analytics and reCAPTCHA
Umami provides privacy-focused aggregate analytics and is configured to respect Do Not Track. Google reCAPTCHA helps identify automated abuse and is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.
Storage, security and retention
Website enquiries are sent to our business email and are not stored in a separate website database. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business requirements or legal obligations.
